    車庫門平衡系統的作用的你都了解嗎?

    別墅區車庫門大多設計為標準提升分節上滑車庫門,門體在上下運行過程中,克服門板重量的動力,主要是靠平衡系統的彈簧力來平衡,電機起到上下運行牽引時一部分的提升力和限位作用。

    2.開門機:彈簧出現疲勞無力的情況,一段時間內車庫門還是可以正常啟閉的,使用戶誤以為車庫門一切正常沒有問題,這是由于開門機承擔了大部分原本應由彈簧來負擔的重量,開門關門基本上靠電機硬拉,對電機齒輪的磨損非常大。當電機的齒輪磨平或者有損壞的時候,電機便會拉不住門體,導致開門開不到位,關門時門體迅速下沉,嚴重的甚至有可能發生門體墜落的情況。
